6. Certification and Credentials

Certificates issued by KiTAL are subject to:

• Successful completion of all required assessments with a minimum passing score of 70%
• Satisfaction of all prerequisite requirements
• Payment of all applicable fees
• Verification of identity and eligibility

KiTAL reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for products, courses, and services are processed securely through our platform.

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated
• Payments may be made via card, bank transfer, or other available methods
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
• Digital products and completed exam fees are non-refundable

8. Limitation of Liability

KiTAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination
